Paul and Richard tied the knot on a beautiful December day in Valley Center, CA. They bonded over their love of pizza on their first date at Buona Forchetta and talked for hours on end. It was meant to be! As their relationship progressed, they texted back and forth with emojis. One day, Richard sent an octopus emoji to Paul and it became their thing. I have enjoyed getting to know Paul and Richard through wedding planning and can see what a great match they really are. We were able to design an intimate wedding celebration in the backyard of their family's beautiful estate. Paul is full of ideas and created all the signage and laser-cut out each guests name in bright colors. Paul and Richard invited Buona Forchetta to come out with their pizza oven to share the amazing pizza with everyone. Every detail was thought out, and it truly spoke to their personality and love story.

One of the most memorable moments was the flash mob recessional after the ceremony. Paul and Richard, along with their wedding party, broke out into a fun choreographed dance to the song "Rather Be" by Clean Bandit.
