Randall and Lizzy’s wedding day was a long time coming. Their sweet romance started at YMCA where they got to know each other in their hometown of San Francisco. College brought them both down to San Diego where they studied healthcare and continue to grow their relationship. Their relationship even withstood the test of long-distance when Lizzy started working in SF and Randall pursued graduate studies and interned out of state . After a decade of dating, Randall and Lizzy finally tied the knot on a warm September day at the Chardonnay Golf Club in American Canyon, CA.

All of their best friends got ready together in the morning at an AirBnb close to the venue. It was a large and comfortable space where Randall and Lizzy were able to spend time preparing for the big day. They even hosted a tea ceremony where they served tea to the family members. Lizzy wore a traditional red qipao and gracefully served tea to parents and grandparents. They listened to the words of wisdom shared by their family members and received lucky red envelopes. After the tea ceremony, Lizzy changed into her gorgeous wedding dress and they headed to the venue.

Chardonnay Golf Club was a wonderful backdrop for Lizzy and Randall’s wedding day. One of my favorite moments was when Lizzy’s grandmother happily fulfilled her duties as flower-girl. The ceremony was also very special because they asked their friend from YMCA to officiate. She has seen their relationship blossom from the very beginning and she shared cute and funny stories about the lovebirds. Congratulations to Randall and Lizzy!

The reception was held inside, with tables covered in lilac linens and adorned with lanterns and flowers. The dessert table caught everyone’s eyes with all the candy and homemade pastries - do you see the shortbread cookies that have cartoon images of Lizzy and Randall? So adorable! Lizzy and Randall also had a fun idea to make a competition for who gets cake in the face! Guests also took photos in front of the personalized photo booth backdrop with Instax cameras. Randall and Lizzy’s wedding day was an amazing celebration and a super fun party! Thank you for letting me be a part of your special day!
