Believe it or not, Stephanie and I have known each other for more than twenty years! We have been classmates ever since preschool! We got to know each other throughout middle school and high school. As luck would have it, we were placed in the same exact suite when we moved to San Diego for college! I have so many fond memories with Stephanie hanging out in our college dorm, studying together, going out to eat, and of course, talking about boys!

Before Michael and Stephanie started dating, they were close friends. As they confided in each other through good times and bad, they always had a special saying between one another: “I appreciate you”. This appreciation has nurtured their relationship throughout time, blossoming into love. Many years of long-distance while Stephanie was traveling for work and Michael was studying hard in Med School only supports the saying that distance makes the heart grow fonder. Surrounded by all their favorite people, Stephanie and Michael were all smiles on their wedding day!

Thomas Fogarty Winery was such a gorgeous backdrop for Michael and Stephanie’s wedding day! The mountaintop ceremony had everyone feeling like they were on top of the world. The beautiful ceremony was officiated by another one our good friends, Eric. I love that photo of the newlyweds showing off their rings after the ceremony!

The view during the reception was just as stunning! The Pavilion is an incredible shaded space that provides the indoor outdoor feeling. The space was filled with a mixture of long rectangular banquet tables and rounds, all adorned with fresh leafy greens and beautiful blooms. Clear hurricane glasses and gold votive candles completed the classic look.

One of my favorite moments was the toast by Stephanie’s siblings who shared their perspective of Stephanie and Michael’s relationship. It was heartwarming to hear their stories and how they welcomed Michael into their family with open arms. The rest of the evening was filled with fun with sparklers, goofy poses at the photo booth, and incredible moves on the dance floor! Congratulations Stephanie and Michael! Thank you for letting me be part of your special day!
