Sean & Sue’s Backyard Microwedding
Sean & Sue had plans to gather 150 of their family and friends together at the charming Twin Oaks House & Gardens in San Marcos, CA on their wedding day. However, due to shelter in place rules in April, they had to pivot their plans. It was still a gorgeous day to get married, but it was much different from what they had envisioned.
Sue & Sean decided to make the best of the situation and chose to get married that day at their parents’ home. With parents in attendance and their puppy dog dressed up to walk down the aisle, Sean & Sue said their I do’s. Everyone wore their masks and the photographer captured all the sweet moments. Sean and Sue invited guests to the watch the ceremony from the comfort and safety of their own homes through Zoom. They have adjusted their plans so that they can celebrate with everyone in 2021. Congratulations to the new Mr. & Mrs.!
Are you in a similar situation where you’ve had to postpone your wedding festivities or changed your plans completely? It’s uncertain when we will be able to gather in large groups again, but let’s stay positive!
